Allied Solutions a wholly owned and independently operated subsidiary of Securian Financial Group, providing solutions to more than 6,000 clients in North America. Due to both our independence and the depth of our client base, we are able to offer the most innovative and competitive products and services available in the marketplace today.

Since 1978, we have partnered with over 6,000 Financial Institutions to grow their bottom line, protect their business and consumers, and evolve to stay ahead of the competition.

In 2001, the Eldredge Corporation and FLS Services merged to create Allied Solutions. A successful business model was developed: deliver customized solutions and exceptional customer service, tailored specifically to the needs of each client to help them grow their business and more effectively manage risk.
 
Today Allied Solutions continues to be entrepreneurial and enthusiastic, while operating as a subsidiary of Securian Financial Group. Allied Solutions was founded on a strong commitment to providing best-in-class solutions and this focus still drives us today. As CEO, Pete leads all aspects of Allied Solutions, including strategic vision and development, acquisitions, key industry relationships, and the overall value proposition for clients and partners.
Dave Hilger EVP, Chief Strategy & Technology Officer
As executive vice president (EVP) and chief strategy and technology officer, David leads the enterprise technology group and the strategic planning office divisions.
Jeff Wisdorf President and COO
As president and chief operating officer (COO), Jeff leads the risk management, financial management, human resources and legal divisions.
Brian Urbanski EVP, Senior Advisor to President, CFO
As executive vice president (EVP) and senior advisor to president and chief financial officer (CFO), Brian leads the facilities division while also advising the president and CFO on key finance initiatives to advance Allied’s strategic goals.
Mark Bugalski EVP and Chief Growth Officer
As EVP and chief growth officer, Mark will continue his leadership of Allied’s sales team and the financial institutions-related distribution business.
Jeff Kircher SVP and CFO
As senior vice president and chief financial officer, Jeff directs and oversees the financial activities of the business, including accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and financial and advisory support of strategic initiatives.
